Warranty
All hardware comes with 1 Year Return to Base Warranty unless otherwise stated. Please get in contact with us to get a RMA number before returning it to us. Please have your invoice number and date of purchase ready.
Warranty includes telephone support on hardware issues. This warranty is not applicable to software products; any warranty applicable to software is provided by the original manufacturer.
Many items come with manufacture warranty and require you to contact them. They typically repair or replace your item using a collection and return service.
Return to Base warranty means that the customer is responsible for the delivery costs. Don't let that put you off. All our systems are tested before we send them out.
The PC Systems warranty does not cover:
Help with the installation of Windows if the operating system was not purchased at the same time as the base unit,
Any software-related issues beyond our control, e.g. Windows instability following the installation or removal of software packages that were not supplied with the original system,
Virus, spyware and other malicious software infection.
Our PC Systems Warranty covers your system in normal use only. This warranty does not cover damage caused during shipment if the item is badly packed by you.
Neither does it cover any damage caused by actions that are beyond our control.
